Area Supervisor - Scotland

We are seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee maintenance and servicing of Fire & Security Systems in Scotland. You will ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee maintenance and servicing of Fire & Security Systems.
* Perform maintenance and fault finding on various systems.
* Maintain a positive company image and update service records.
* Supervise a team, ensuring health & safety compliance.
* Collaborate with clients for system improvements.
* Offer technical support and guide issue resolution.
Objectives
* Reduce calls referred to W16 by 50%.
* Resolve specific jobs within 5 working days (90%).
* Achieve KPIs (95%).
* Adhere to health & safety policies.
* Maintain live updates of service calls (100%).
* Sickness and absence within company guidelines.
Essential
* 5 years of relevant experience.
* Previous supervisory experience would be preferred.
* Knowledge in multiple areas: Warden call, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry Systems.
* Experience with system manufacturers.
* Full driving license.
Security clearance ability
* FIA Units 1, 4 & 5.
* Industry-recognized qualifications.
* Strong maintenance and service skills.
* Excellent time management and mentorship ability.
Remuneration
* Salary: £38,000
* No call outs
