Job Description:
Our client based near Wokingham are currently recruiting for a strong administrator to assist them within their HR department. The position will be for a minimum of 6 months and will be full time hours 3 days per week.
We are looking for someone who is available for work immediately and who can commit for 6 months.
This will be a busy position with varied duties.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining the continuity within HR during a change of infrastructure
* Maintain personnel files
* Maintain job index and applications
* Assist with HR correspondence
* Assist with ad-hoc HR projects
* Ensure new starter paperwork is complete and accurate
* Maintain the HR system for payroll processing
* Edit and update some social media platforms as and when required
Key skills required:
* Strong administration skills
* High level of confidentiality and accuracy
* Strong communication skills across all platforms
* Proficient use of Microsoft suite
* HR experience is desirable but not essential
