* Assist the Procurement Director in driving and managing transformation projects within the procurement function.
* Create process maps for the as-is solution and optimize tasks performed by procurement administrators.
* Conduct thorough analysis and management to ensure a robust understanding of tasks and activities in scope.
* Streamline processes, clarify roles and responsibilities, and maintain key processes.
* Gather, review, and optimize existing information with the team to align and standardize processes.
* Lead the engineering and optimization of procurement processes, including the supplier onboarding process.
Profile
* Proven experience as a project manager, with a focus on transformation projects.
* Expertise in process optimization, waste elimination, and documentation.
* Excellent soft skills, particularly in building relationships and working with at-risk teams.
* Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to understand and manage complex tasks.
* Experience in supplier onboarding and standardizing processes across teams.
* Ability to review, map, remodel, and reintroduce processes efficiently.
