Biotech Sales Leadership Opportunity


Taylorollinson are currently looking to speak with life science/MDx sales managers who are looking for a new challenge working for a rapidly expanding start-up organisation who provide novel nucleic acid extraction & highly sensitive & specific multiplex pathogen detection solutions.

This role would suit a dynamic sales player-coach who can drive, support and manage sales team performance as well as oversee and influence marketing functions.

UK business focus with real opportunity to grow internationally.

Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
* Proven track record of success in medical device or diagnostic sales.
* Experience in sales management (preferred)
* Strong understanding of the clinical laboratory market and diagnostic testing procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented.
* Proficiency in sales CRM and other relevant software applications.
