What you will be doing:
* Manufacture complex nickel parts by electroforming.
* Operate within the chemical process bay for tasks such as cleaning and etching.
* Use measuring equipment like point micrometres.
* Follow Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) precisely.
* Interpret and work from technical drawings.
* Ensure all operations meet NADCAP and ISO9000 standards.
* Use the correct tools, safety equipment, and protective clothing.
* Continuously seek to improve existing practices and exceed targets.
* Comply with company health and safety standards.
* Perform any additional tasks as directed.
About You:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
* Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
* Enthusiastic, flexible, and able to adapt to change.
* Able to work safely around hazardous chemicals.
* Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills.
