�? Your Role:
?? Training Development:
* Design and refine a comprehensive AI and data training catalogue.
* Create engaging training materials: presentations, hands-on labs, case studies, and e-learning modules.
�? Training Delivery:
* Conduct high-quality, instructor-led training sessions both in-person and virtually.
* Develop train-the-trainer programs for consistent course delivery.
?? Schedule Management:
* Develop and manage the training schedule.
* Coordinate with teams and customers to ensure smooth sessions.
?? Effectiveness Assessment:
* Implement metrics to evaluate training impact.
* Analyse feedback to enhance training quality.
?? Team Building:
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled trainers.
* Encourage continuous professional development.
�? What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in training within a software vendor or services organisation.
* Strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles.
* Knowledge of AI technologies and their business applications.
* Willingness to travel to London and Valencia.
* Flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
