Estates Manager
East London
£50k - £60k plus car allowance and 10% bonus

What if I told you it could be different?
In your new Estate Manager job you’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary property and facilities management team looking after an NHS portfolio in East London. Job satisfaction comes from not just keeping these crucial sites up and running for the benefit of your community but also making sure they’re being used in the best, most efficient way. Initiatives you develop, optimisations made or costs saved all get ploughed back into the NHS.

Day-to-day you’ll be working closely with your colleagues to ensure best service possible is delivered across your 12 sites, the hard and soft FM teams are working productively, managing budgets and liaising with stakeholders within the Trusts. Your team is always looking to improve so there’ll be lots of scope for you to develop best practise and implement efficiencies.
To be able to hit the ground running you will need a background in public sector or commercial property management. If you have RICS that would be a bonus but its not a deal breaker.
