THE COMPANY
I am supporting a high-growth insurance scale-up on a Founding Analytics hire.
THE ROLE
The successful Founding Data Analyst responsibilities will include:
* Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis using SQL and Python to extract actionable insights
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
* Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform strategic decisions
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and business metrics
* Provide recommendations to improve commercial outcomes, focusing on sales and revenue growth
* Design and implement data models to support business analysis and reporting
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Founding Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
* Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets
* Advanced skills in Python for data analysis and visualisation
* Demonstrated ability to perform exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
* Strong understanding of commercial operations and the ability to link data analysis with business outcomes
THE BENEFITS
