Harnham is partnering with a dynamic UK-based deep tech start-up to bring in a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer. This rapidly growing company is focused on developing cutting-edge AI-based systems and is looking for a passionate engineer to join their innovative team.
The Role
As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in further developing the company’s AI-based (LLM/RAG) software. This position requires close collaboration with the AI team and working on a range of challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Your Skills and Experience
* 3+ years of industry experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on Python
* Experience in creating APIs and working with PostgreSQL databases
* DevOps experience, AWS or GCP
* Demonstrable experience in building and integrating fully scalable applications
* Experience with at least one JS-based framework (ideally Next.js)
* Experience in working with business-critical applications
* Familiar with workflows, version control and containerisation
* Agile product development experience
* Knowledge of data security and compliance
* Experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., defence, nuclear, space)
