Harnham is working with a rapidly growing financial technology company to bring in a talented Backend Engineer to join their innovative and collaborative team. This company is dedicated to transforming personal finance through cutting-edge technology and is looking for a passionate engineer to help them achieve their ambitious goals.
The Role
As a Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing robust, scalable software solutions that meet business requirements and drive innovation. Working within cross-functional squads, you will have the opportunity to own domain software, ensure best practices are followed, and contribute to the continuous improvement of their financial product.
Your Skills and Experience
* Proficient in backend development using Java or Kotlin
* Expertise in/knowledge of microservices, AWS, Spring, SQL, Apache Kafka
* Familiarity with Agile project management and producing technical documentation
* Experience in Fintech sector is a plus
