Responsibilities:
* As a Graduate Product Specialist you’ll solve problems for customers by performing basic troubleshooting.
* Drive software upgrades, configuration changes and other fixes to production systems.
* Communicate with users and identify root cause of issues.
* Be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
* Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner, ensuring that all questions are answered.
* Adhere to a schedule or deadlines.
* Build and test custom PC audio workstations.
* Manage and prepare demo equipment.
* Take care of customer support calls and emails
* Manage and configure orders ready for shipping
* Liaise with manufacturers to ensure that issues are reported and fixed
* Assist the sales team in product demonstrations and trade shows highlighting the strengths and features of the products Emerging offers
About you:
* A Degree in Audio Engineering or related field
* Good technical understanding and passion for audio technology
* Polite & confident manner, comfortable with talking with customers.
* Good MAC & Microsoft Windows proficiency
