About the client
The Management Recruitment Group is seeking an Interim Associate Director of Estates and Capital Programmes for a prestigious University in London.

Accountabilities
* Provide leadership towards master planning, capital programmes, project delivery and property management
* Contribute to the University’s estate strategy
* Lead on strategic estate planning
* Management of capital programme budgets
* Provide leadership for the delivery of estate developments, new-builds, refurbishments, extensions, adaptations and alterations
* Project and programme assurance
* Management of stakeholders
* Provide leadership to the University’s estates team
* Lead on property acquisitions
* Lead on health and safety and risk for capital projects

Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience leading an estates team ideally within higher education or the wider public sector
* Professional qualification such as MRICS, MCIOB
* Experience delivering major capital programmes
* Project assurance experience
* Significant estate development experience
