IT Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering cutting-edge customer experience solutions? We are seeking a skilled Implementation Project Manager to drive the longer-term customer experience.
As Implementation Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming our billing and customer relationship management capabilities. You’ll be at the forefront of implementing a state-of-the-art Salesforce CRM and Aptumo billing solution, setting new standards for customer service in the water industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the implementation of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software, with a focus on Salesforce and Aptumo solutions
* Collaborate with technical teams, 3rd party vendors, and the wider programme team to ensure deliverables align with the programme plan
* Drive stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation
Requirements:
* Proven experience in implementing COTS software, particularly Salesforce (highly advantageous)
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work effectively with technical teams and 3rd party vendors
* Experience in utilities or similar industries is beneficial
* Must be available for a quick start and able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week on-site in Exeter
