We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Widnes on a full time basis. In this varied and challenging role, you will have responsibility for covering a specific customer base.
As the primary point of contact for customers you will have the ability to deliver a world-class customer experience whilst setting the foundations for additional commercial sales opportunities. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service by dealing effectively with customer queries, being able to build strong customer relationships, handling customer orders and working as a real team player with all functions of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Fully appreciating the requirements of our new and existing customers
+ Developing relationships with customer, building customer loyalty and trust
+ Being responsive to new sales opportunities and ensuring these are handled efficiently and effectively
+ Providing excellent customer service and developing profitable sales
+ Identifying where we can add value to the business by developing additional products and volume
+ Processing orders successfully and accurately
We Are Looking For:
+ Drive and determination, self-motivated enough to ensure that you succeed in the sales and customer service arena
+ Enthusiastic and a quick thinker
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Reasonable understanding of MS Office packages such as Word and Excel
+ Highly organised, capable of planning and prioritising your workload efficiently
+ Customer service experience or background would be desirable
+ Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce would be advantageous but not essential
