Pertemps are seeking a talented Recruitment Resourcer, to help support the branch by sourcing top talent for our clients.

What You’ll Do: * Collaborate with consultants to understand client requirements and candidate profiles.
* Utilise various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
* Volume recruitment - screening job applications and assessing suitability for specific roles.
* Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
* Advertise and market client vacancies, through relevant job boards and social media platforms.
* Arranging and managing interviews.
* Carrying out all necessary pre-employment and compliance checks in line with: company policy, relevant legislation and client specific onboarding processes.
The Ideal Candidate: * Customer service focused.
* Motivated and enthusiastic.
* Excellent time management skills - able to manage conflicting or changing priorities on a daily basis.
* Resilient attitude with a problem-solving approach.
* Experience in working to tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred.
