Paralegal (Commercial Property), 1+ Years Experience, West Midlands - This long-standing Legal 500 law firm are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to support within their growing property team. JOB REF: 6593.

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Paralegals with a minimum of 1 years’ experience of working within a similar setting.
• You will be involved in a broad range of matters such as leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, undertaking necessary searches, drafting and approving leases, exchange and completion/ post completion related correspondence.
• You will be highly organised and have a passion for Commercial Property law.
• You should be confident, outgoing, and proactive.
• The role is office based, however there may be the opportunity for flexibility.
• The firm are well established within the region and have a clear growth plan for 2024.
