Job title: CRM Business Systems Analyst
Salary:- Up to £68K - pro rata
Type of contract: 9 months fixed term contract
Remote-based but you will need to go on site one or two days a month to their London office.
Well known charity are looking for a CRM Business Systems Analyst.
As a CRM Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with business stakeholders to elicit and document their CRM requirements
* Creating clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs).
* Analysing and prioritise requirements to ensure they align with business objectives.
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Take an active technical role in a range of platforms and integrations, including CRM, SSO, and workflow software
* Lead workshops and discussions on technical requirements and project management
* Develop and maintain workflows, functional specifications, and technical documentation
Proficiency and knowledge of CRM systems and their core function is essential for this role.
