We have an exciting new Operations Manager opportunity with a start up investment platform business.

This isn’t just about managing the BAU delivery, you would get the chance to use your in depth knowledge across platform / investments operations to bring ideas to the table, by designing and implementing the Operational Processes from the ground up, building out the team and growing the business.

Use your experience of what works best within industry to create something innovative for the market!

Given the nature of the role, you will need to have the following experience:
* Broad Investment Operations knowledge, ideally across both Adviser and Retail platform businesses
* In depth understanding across the trade life cycle including corporate actions, settlements, transfers etc
* Experience developing operational models and processes
* Team recruitment and management experience
* Strong third party relationship management skills
* The ability to drive your own delivery and work in a fast paced and unstructured environment
