New Homes Customer Relations Coordinator
Immediate start until Jan 2025
Days + hours: Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm. (Mon - Fri, 8-5pm)
Location: West London, Notting Hill
Pay: £30000 (£115.00 per day plus holiday pay)
When not based in marketing suite in West London, as a New Homes Customer Relations Coordinator you will:
* Liaise with contractors to ensure defects and/or snagging are being seen to, to time frame.
* Give guided tours to new home owners of their residence and facilities.
* Answer inbound calls and queries from residents in new build homes.
* Contribute to the smooth running of the office by undertaking other general duties e.g answering the phones, filing and any other tasks that may be needed.
* Fulfil multiple duties where needed, with no two days the same!
