Job title: QA - Audit / Compliance
Salary: to £45,000
Location: Glasgow / Hybrid
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our client’s team as a QA Audit/Compliance Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation adheres to regulatory standards and company policies, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
Responsibilities
*Conduct thorough audits of internal processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
*Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to improve accuracy and efficiency of internal operations
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any compliance issues and drive continuous improvement
*Document and report audit findings and recommend corrective actions as necessary
*Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and accuracy
Qualifications & requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
*Proven experience in quality assurance, audit, or compliance roles
*Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
Day-to-Day
*Reviewing and analysing internal processes to identify areas for improvement
*Collaborating with teams to implement and monitor quality assurance measures
*Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
*Communicating findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
