Description
* Processing financial transactions
* Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
* Support in the preparation of monthly/quarterly annual financial statements.
* Ensure receipts and payments are coded and posted to correct ledgers
* Completely weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
* Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* A degree in finance, accounting or relevant field.
* Have a strong interest in getting in to finance and accounts
* Strong ethics, with a customer-oriented attitude.
* Outstanding communication skills,
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* An ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
