Job Opportunity: Aluminium Fabricator
Quest Employment is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious company for skilled Aluminium Fabricators to join their team in the Northampton and Coventry areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and documentation of fabrication processes
* Conduct QA checks on incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials
* Maintain factory compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards
* Collaborate with the team to meet agreed timescales and deadlines
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* Technical knowledge and experience with aluminium façade systems
* Experience with machinery such as Router, Double Mitre Saw, Bead Saw, and CNC (advantageous)
* Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings
* Excellent communication skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proactive and able to take initiative
* Commitment to high standards of work
