Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a car dealership near Newbury.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
The role
* Show product options, adapt to customer needs, and encourage test drives
* Negotiate prices, payment, and finance directly with customers
* Engage in training to support team goals
* Work with Sales Admin to ensure product availability, place orders, update records, and schedule services
* Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
* Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
Ideal Candidate
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Quick learner with strong decision-making abilities
* Strong work ethic, adaptable to change
* Attention to detail and high-quality standards
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and react positively to market changes
* Proficient with PC, Microsoft
The Package
* Basic salary: £25,000 with an uncapped OTE £40,000 - £55,000 plus a company car!
* Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00 with a day off during the week
* Saturday 08:30 - 17:00
* Sunday 10:00 - 16:00 (1 in 2 rota)
* 30 days holiday including bank holidays
* Discounted MOTs, Service & Parts
