Finance Manager (Recruitment Business) - London - c£65,000 + Benefits
* Are you currently a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant?
* Are you seeking a role where you can put your own stamp on the position?

* Have you gained a background in systems and process improvements?

This established and successful business with a highly engaging senior leadership team are looking to strengthen their current team as they continue to grow and expand internationally. As with so many roles of this level, the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels is crucial.
Experience of reviewing systems, processes and procedures, identifying and driving improvements will be advantageous, as will a proven background of managing, mentoring and developing a team. If you are a management accountant from the recruitment sector, then that could also be a selling point.
The business are a leader in the recruitment market and whilst they are naturally keen to improve this function in line with the SLT’s culture of constant improvement. Exposure to certain elements of the recruitment industry is essential.
The successful individual will also be prepared to investigate and rectify some legacy issues in conjunction with the improvement process.
