Key Responsibilities * Campaign and Seasonal Launches: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns for new product launches and seasonal promotions, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
* Email Strategy: Develop and implement a robust email marketing strategy to engage and retain customers. Create compelling email content, segment email lists, and conduct A/B testing to maximize performance.
* Maximise Email Performance: Analyse email marketing metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to continually improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
* Drive Social Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across various social media platforms.
* Trade Marketing: Collaborate with sales and product teams to create and execute trade marketing strategies that drive product visibility and sales through retail partners.
Qualifications and Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
