Float PA - Private Equity - City 
£40,000 - £48,000

Are you an adaptable, willing and efficient PA with a background supporting various teams within Financial Services? This may be the role for you!

My client is a globally recognised Financial Services firm looking for a Float EA to provide executive level support to a range of teams. You will work within a supportive network of EAs, covering as needed. 

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Float EA, experience contracting/temping or experience in a role that has involved varying teams.

THE ROLE:
* Covering for other EAs as required 
* Ever-changing diary management globally 
* Multi-stop, international travel arrangements 
* Visa’s, itineraries, agenda’s etc.
* Managing expenses 
* Producing agenda’s, reports, presentations and other documents 
* Supporting with general admin duties 
* Coordinating events as needed
THE PERSON
* Proven experience as a Float EA/background with contract roles giving exposure to different environments and teams
* Financial Services experience is ESSENTIAL
* Exceptional communication skills
* Proactive, with a "can-do" attitude
* Hands-on and happy to assist wherever needed
