The Duties of the Customer Service Manager will include;
* Manage the customer experience & manage the full contact centre & department
* Manage the day to day running’s of the office
* Assist the general manager with personnel matters; recruitment, training, discaplinaries & dismissals 
* manage the customer service function to a high standard, surpass & maintain customer satisfaction
* collate, report & manage KPIs and other management statistics
* Hours of work, Monday to Friday, some flexibility – core hours, 7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm (some flexibility) + 1 Saturday in 4

 The Required experience & characteristics of the Customer Service Manager will be:
* Proven experience in a similar, business to business customer service role
* Ideally, experience from the Accident Body Repair or Automotive sector
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
* Professional fluency in English, other languages a plus
