Agility Resourcing is delighted to partner with a prominent business in Warrington, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the timely processing of transactions.
* Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
* Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Handle queries related to invoices and payments.
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation for audits.
* Perform general administrative duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a similar accounts assistant role.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
