* Dealing with a portfolio or Lettings properties
* Communicating with Tenants and Landlords
* Checking and auditing files
* Tenancy Agreements
* Dealing with maintenance issues
* Problem solving
* Responding to emails in a timely manner
The ideal Property Manager
* Lettings Experience is a must
* Positive, enthusiastic attitude
* Customer focused
* Excellent organisation skills
* Competence with general administration skills
* Confident in working with Microsoft Package
* Can work in fast paced / high pressure environments
