An established organisation that works within the construction field is looking to take on a sales administrator to join a small but successful team. You will join a company that prides itself on a collaborative and supportive work environment. You will provide essential sales administration support to the sales team and the wider business ensuring customer services are maintained at the highest levels.
Sales Administrator - ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
o To ensure Sales Enquiries and Orders are processed efficiently and to the highest standards possible to guarantee customer satisfaction.
o Answer sales calls and enquiries over the phone and by e-mail.
o Ensure all sales calls and e-mails are answered in a timely and professional manner.
o Relationship building and management with our network of UK and overseas customers.
o Provide an excellent customer service experience.
o Ensure all sales administration is completed to the required company standards.
o To assist in other areas of the business where possible when required.
Sales Administrator - SKILLS AND ABILITIES
o Ideally have experience in a similar role, sales processing experience.
o Customer Oriented - You must be professional, proactive, and positive, both with customers and colleagues.
o Confidence in dealing with high-volume sales calls and enquiries.
o Strong Communicator - Ability to prepare written quotations and effectively present information and respond to questions from Customers. Able to communicate with selected suppliers as required.
o Detail Oriented - You will have attention to detail and accuracy.
o A working knowledge of Sage Accounts 50 will be beneficial.
o MS Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
