Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant Manager to join our team in Chichester on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office). Our expanding team serves a diverse range of clients, ranging from sole traders to multi-million-pound businesses with a global presence - this diverse clientele brings a rich variety to the role. About the role As an Accounts Assistant Manager, you will manage, support and develop a client portfolio ensuring the optimisation of client advocacy and fee levels within the assigned portfolio. Your key responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant Manager include but are not limited to:
*Plan and prioritise client Accounts work and ensure establishment of scope and budget for each piece of client Accounts work under own control and ensure adequate briefing to team members where relevant.
*Preparation and delegation of key client Accounts work.
*Supervise the progress of work and maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates on the advancement of tasks.
*Work directly with clients to develop those relationships and expand advisory services delivered.
*Opportunities to represent the firm at networking events to build our profile locally
*Ensure timely preparation of bills for own client Accounts work and ensure they are promptly sent to the client.
