Job Opportunity: New Business & Customer Service Coordinator (Temporary) Location: Bracknell
Contract: Temporary (3 to 6 months, typically rolling)
Hours: 35-hour week with one Saturday in every 3-4 weeks (day off in lieu)
Salary: £17.12 per hour
Work Flexibility: Up to 50% work from home, subject to business requirements

About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated New Business & Customer Service Coordinator to deliver outstanding service to customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring the department meets its service levels, including handling phone calls, processing manual payments, checking finance documentation, and responding to emails and letters.

Key Responsibilities * Team Collaboration: Act as an integral member of the team, contributing to meeting departmental service levels.
* Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with dealers through clear and effective communication, ensuring every interaction is positive.
* Customer Service: Provide an excellent level of service to customers, managing changes to finance agreements and accurately allocating manual payments.
* Documentation: Efficiently check finance documentation and respond to customer correspondence promptly.
Working Hours * Shift Patterns: 8:00-16:00, 9:00-17:00, and 10:00-18:00.
* Saturday Work: One in every 3-4 Saturdays, with a day off in lieu.
Qualifications and Skills * Experience: Previous experience in a customer service environment.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
* Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
