Job Description:
Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for Systems Developer to work in Telford.
For the successful Systems Developer our client is offering;
* Competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum D.O.E
* Monday- Thursday 08:30-17:00 and Fridays 08:30- 16:30
* Permanent position
* Company benefits include auto-enrolment pension.

The Role of the Systems Developer;
* Design, create and implement systems solutions to business needs
* Analyse and re-design existing business processes to ensure efficiency
* Work within a team to create and enhance technical and systems solutions
* Integrating systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
* Maintaining and supporting databases, systems, and platforms.
* Continuous improvement to ensure that processes and systems are optimised.
* Involvement with web development solutions
* Developing, updating, and maintaining technical documentation
* Other ad hoc duties, including specialised reporting.
What our client is looking for in a Systems Developer;
* Proven work experience as a systems developer or similar role
* Experience of end-to-end process improvements and design - ESSENTIAL
* In-depth understanding of relational databases, including Microsoft SQL server
* In-depth understanding of programming languages - ESSENTIAL
* Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases
* Knowledge of front and back-end web systems
