Job Description:
HYRBID - 2 DAYS WORKING FROM HOME AND 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE
Monday, Tuesday & Friday in the Dorking Office - you will be able to request to work from home once you are fully trained do initially it will be in the office during training
Hours - 9 to 5.30pm 1 hour for lunch
22 days holiday, + Bank Holidays rising to 25 days after first full financial year
Life Assurance after 3 months
Bupa private health care after 3 months
Extensive experience in a merchandising role in an eCommerce environment; with demonstrable trading success.
Microsoft office experience, experienced knowledge of Excel formulas and functions.
Proven experience and ability to work within an entrepreneurial and fast-paced retail or similar organisation, where everyone is hands-on and where the focus is on delivery.
Strong communication/influencing skills to work with the different teams and commercial partners, and collaborative in their working style.
Strong sense of brand value and how to influence it positively.
Ambitious - a positive self-starter with the ability to work with different types of people at all levels.
Able to work with speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
Bright and enthusiastic personality.
A problem solver - able to think quickly on their feet and manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
A creative thinker and writer.
Analytical and insightful.
Able to present findings and performance regularly to stakeholders and other departments.
Highly organised.
