Job Title: Business Development Manager (Digital Onboarding)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 Basic with OTE 5% of deal value - uncapped

Business Development Manager (Digital Onboarding) - Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound activities.
* Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor effective solutions.
* Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
* Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and revenue targets.
* Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in the company’s products.
* Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
* Collaborate with channel partners to build a robust pipeline and close deals.
* Perform effective online and in-person demonstrations to prospective clients.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Business Development Manager (Digital Onboarding) - Requirements:
* Experience selling digital onboarding solutions into the automotive or car finance sectors at all levels.
* Experience selling dealer management systems or CMS systems into the automotive industry or Car finance industry would also be beneficial.
* Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong presence and experience in proactive outbound sales activities.
* Excellent understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
* Proficient with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar tools.
* Experience with compliance software or similar products is a plus.
* Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
