Job Description:
Our manufacturing client based in Weston-Super-Mare who are a well-established and successful global provider of innovative high-performance solutions are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their fun and dynamic team on a full-time permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team, be responsible for the site finance function, including strategy and budget reporting along with the management of the accounting team.
Responsibilities:
-Preparation and reporting of financial information on a weekly and monthly basis (including payroll)
-Manage the annual budgeting process and future strategic development of various group entities
-Input into the year end audit process and liaise with the company auditors
-Complete all regulatory reporting to statutory bodies
-Monitoring gross margins/contributions with focus on optimising sales mix
-Monitor working capital management, with focus on inventory, credit management, and cashflow
-Generate the necessary financial information that will highlight profit potential and/or inefficiencies.
-Focus on cost control and lean principles with target of improving site efficiency
-Support the business in relation to general development or specific issues
-Ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures.
-Coordinate the development of the systems to support business growth

-Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
-Excellent IT skills
Hours - Monday - Thursday 8.30am -5pm &Friday 8.30am - 4pm
