Job: Children’s Residential Support Worker
Location: Bacton
Salary: Up to £30,820
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (38.5 hours per week)

As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will:
* Be a cornerstone of direct care, offering unwavering support and guidance in a residential setting.
* Cultivate a safe, nurturing environment that encourages positive relationships and a sense of belonging.
* Empower personal development, life skills, independence, and positive decision-making.
* Champion education, assisting with homework and instilling a love for learning.
* Collaborate with colleagues and professionals for holistic care, valuing open communication.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* While prior experience in residential care is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.
* A genuine, compassionate disposition devoted to the well-being of children and young people.
* Stellar interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with children, colleagues, and external experts.
* Poise, perseverance, and composure in challenging circumstances.
* Dedication to the welfare and safeguarding of young individuals.

* Minimum age of 21 years (as per legislative stipulations).
