Experience Required:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive setting.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.

* Provide a warm welcome and maintain a positive experience throughout the day.
* Manage service bookings and customer follow-ups.
* Quote additional work and secure customer authorization.
* Promote and upsell value-added products and services.
* Process invoices and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
