Job Description:
Are you looking for a more varied warehouse role? Do you have a Counterbalance Forklift Licence?
We are recruiting for a warehouse administrator for out client who are based in Coventry. This is a full time role.

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client’s warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will include:
Inventory Management:
* Maintain accurate records of stock levels, incoming shipments, and outgoing orders.
* Collaborate with warehouse staff to track inventory movements and reconcile any discrepancies.
Data Entry and Documentation:
* Input data related to shipments, receipts, and inventory into our warehouse management system.
* Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and other necessary documentation.
Communication:
* Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues.
* Respond promptly to inquiries from colleagues and customers regarding inventory status and order fulfilment.
Process Improvement:
* Identify areas for process optimization and propose solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency.
* Assist in implementing best practices for inventory control and record-keeping.
Ideally you will have/be:
* Previous experience in a similar warehouse administration role is preferred.
* Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* A valid counterbalance forklift licence
