My client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join them as a Financial Planning Administrative Coordinator.
This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency and compliance of the office activities, supporting the Financial Planners, and contributing to the overall success of their clients’ financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Financial Planners with application processing
* Provide accurate information to Financial Planners and Management
* Access and input data using CRM and provider sites
* Process applications, withdrawals, investments, and pensions
* Handle protection applications, review appointments, and reports
* Request missing information and resolve queries
* Schedule Client Reviews for Financial Planners
Skills Required:
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to interpret data and analyse where existing procedures and practices can be improved
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to empathise and build strong business relationships with clients, staff, and strategic partners
* Proactive and solution-oriented with a can-do attitude
* Strong time management skills and ability to meet contractual obligations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
