THE ROLE
As their event calendar expands and exciting new developments unfold, they are seeking an experienced Senior Event Manager to lead our event delivery team. In this role, you’ll oversee events from contract negotiation to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client experiences.
This is a broad role that includes:
* Managing, training and leading the delivery team
* Being the clients main point of contact for events, ensuring requirements are fulfilled
* Coordinating the organisation and planning of corporate events
* Ensuring all health & safety procedures are adhered to
* Liaising with internal and external suppliers
* Onsite event management
* Creating and delivering special events to promote new corporate business.
* Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the event process
* Gathering post event feedback
THE CANDIDATE
We’re looking for a candidate with a solid background in event management within a multipurpose venue or similar setting. Ideal for a seasoned Senior Event Manager, this role requires a proven track record of managing diverse events and leading teams.
The role is to over 12 a 12 month period of maternity cover.
