Are you an experienced Programme Manager with a passion for Digital Transformation? We’re seeking an Interim Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a flagship programme, seeking to transform the community experience.
About the Role:
* Purpose: The programme aims to revolutionise our relationship with residents and communities. As the Programme Manager, you’ll oversee the implementation of the programme, ensuring improved access to services and a positive resident experience across digital, telephony, and face-to-face channels.
* Vision: We’re committed to inclusivity, responsiveness, and co-design. You’ll empower residents to manage their interactions with us using our digital platforms.
* Focus Areas: In its second phase, the programme will: * Implement a new resident experience service model and structure.
* Transform how residents interact with us across 30 services.
* Enhance our website for streamlined access to vital information.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programmes.
* Develop robust business cases and embed benefits management processes.
* Collaborate with teams, partners, and communities to drive positive change.
Requirements:
* Local Authority/Council/Borough experience.
* Proven experience in programme management.
* Strong background in solution design and business case development.
* Passion for enhancing resident experiences.
