Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Team Leader to join our clients labelling department. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high standards of quality, and leading a productive team
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily Operations: * Oversee daily work completion and staff productivity.
* Assemble and distribute order components.
* Planning and Coordination: * Plan weekly production based on schedule and orders.
* Coordinate with dispatch and production supervisors for staff allocation.
* Inventory and Stock Control: * Manage stock system and resolve discrepancies.
* Ensure accurate inventory records and stock movements.
* Quality and Safety Management: * Control waste and address spills and damages.
* Maintain a clean, safe work environment and monitor quality control issues.
* Team Leadership and Training: * Train staff on equipment and safety practices.
* Ensure team motivation and coverage in your absence.
* Meetings and Development: * Attend meetings and contribute to company development.
* Other Duties: * Manage label room and perform additional tasks as requested by management.
Qualifications:
* Counterbalance and reach certification.
* Leadership experience in production or labelling.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Team motivation and leadership abilities.
* Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
