The Role
The Technical Production Manager will lead the production elements of a wide variety of project from initial concept stage through to delivery. Duties will include:
-          Client facing - from brief taking through to onsite delivery
-          Developing production solutions with the latest technologies
-          Guiding the client on creative and innovative options to enhance delivery and client vision
-          Contributing to the creation of pitches and proposals alongside the project ream
-          Creating detailed technical specifications
-          Briefing the internal AV lead and collaborating with external technical suppliers
-          Managing production budgets and finances
-          Overseeing installation and delivery onsite
-          People management including the growth of the department
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience within an event production agency or the production department of a full-service event agency. We are seeking a strong and broad AV technical knowledge alongside the ability to creatively lead on event production projects in a client facing capacity. Any experience in people management would be extremely beneficial.
