Business Development Representative
SDR / Business Development / Home Working / Hybrid / Birmingham / Software / Lead Generation / Lead Gen
£30,000 - £35,000 base + Bonus & Benefits
Your main responsibilities in the role will be:
* Conduct initial qualification and discovery calls with prospects
* Develop and nurture leads until they are ready to be passed over to BDM
* Work closely with marketing to use leads captured
* Proactively identify opportunities to promote the businesses services
* Undertake research to identify key decision makers and obtain contact information to be added to records in the CRM
To be successful you will likely have:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients
* Excellent IT skills
* Knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstration and sales reports
* Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
