Insurance Broker Manager - Manchester

55k - £65k (Subject to Experience) Plus Bonus & Benefits
We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established, reputable and forward thinking Insurance firm. They are looking for an inspirational, talented and motivational Senior Insurance Account Handler to look after a lucrative existing book of clients and continue to grow the business. In addition, the successful applicant will support junior team members and Account Executives and demonstrate strong team working standards. You will be an experience Broking manager with proven track record supporting and mentoring staff, managing client business, identifying and developing new opportunities, account handling and broking of existing and new business. This opportunity includes Hybrid working
Duties:
* To lead and drive business growth, inspire and support teams to achieve forecasts, business plans and compliance standards.
* To maintain appropriate, regular contact with existing customers and ensure their insurance requirements continue to be met in line with service levels.
* To work closely with Account Executives and other Account Handlers where necessary, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* To manage and participate in ensuring that the smooth running of the office, and any housekeeping tasks, are fully accomplished.
Requirements:
* Proven Broking management experience
* The principles, practices and legalities of most major classes of General Insurance.
* Knowledge of a wide range of Personal Lines and Commercial Insurance products to include but not restricted to Commercial Combined, Fleet, Property Owners, Cyber, D&O, Employers and Public liability.
