You will drive the success of our client partnerships by overseeing strategy execution and projects, serving as the primary post-onboarding contact, and effectively managing workload distribution among cross-functional teams.
This is a full time position on a permanent basis based in Leicestershire.

Ideal Requirements for the Account Manager
* Experience working in customer service with phoned based experience is ideal.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities for the Account Manager
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
* Deliver clear and insightful reports to clients, emphasizing performance metrics and actionable insights.
* Implement customised strategies for each client, utilizing your understanding of their goals and market dynamics.
