CNC Programmer and Operator- Bristol Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours: Double Days

Key Responsibilities: * Programming & Operation: Independently programme and operate two 3-axis VM20i’s and a 5-axis VMX30Ui CNC Mill.
* Conventional Programming: Utilize WinMax for conventional programming, including the use of DXF files.
* NC Programming: Create NC programs using Fusion 360.
* Tool Management: Manage tools and setups efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
* Technical Skills: Apply your good IT skills and ability to read technical drawings to maintain high standards of precision and quality.
* Organisational Skills: Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration.
* Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail and adhere to good engineering hygiene practices.
* Component Handling: Work effectively with free issue components, machining aluminium and plastics with precision.
* Reliability: Be a reliable and punctual member of the team, contributing to a positive and productive working environment.
About You: * Proven experience as a CNC Setter and Programmer.
* Proficiency in programming and operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC Mills.
* Experience with WinMax and Fusion 360 for programming.
* Strong IT skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of engineering hygiene.
* Experience machining aluminium and plastics.
* Reliability and punctuality are essential.
