This fast growth insurer with ambitious plans have created a senior level finance role for their UK insurance entities. This approved person role will be the most senior finance person in the UK. This wide ranging opportunity will include:
* Being the SMF2 approved for the UK Branch
* Production and presentation of all board reporting for the UK entities
* Production of UK all UK Statutory reporting under UK GAAP and IFRS
* Production of regulatory reporting / returns
* As a member of the senior management team full involvement with strategic initiatives to help drive the business forward
You will be a qualified accountant with demonstrable experience with the insurance market looking for a broad role, offering the opportunity to not only produce high level reporting but act as commercial lead and board member. You will either be a current approved (SMF2) person wanting a hands on finance leadership role person or be a Financial Controller looking to make that step up.
