Client Relationship Administrator
Location: Birmingham (Very flexible working post training!)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + Bonus

Based in Birmingham, my client prides themselves on their exceptional customer service and innovative approach. As they continue to grow, we’re seeking a dedicated and commercially savvy Client Relationship Administrator to support their business, working closely with their account management team and ensure their prospective clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Enquiries: Handle incoming prospective enquiries, providing prompt and professional responses. Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

* Sales Support: Prepare administrative data sets and presentations to assist the Sales Account Managers in managing a high volume of enquiries. Support the sales team in converting leads into clients by providing necessary documentation and insights.

* Customer Service: Leverage your experience in an inbound call setting to deliver exceptional service, maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.

* Office Administration: Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This includes maintaining accurate records, managing databases, and coordinating with other departments as necessary.

* Commercial Insight: Use your strong sales acumen to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to the growth of the business.

Requirements:
* Previous experience working in an office-based environment.
* Proven experience in a customer service role, particularly within an inbound call setting.
* Strong sales skills with a commercial mindset.
* Proficiency in preparing presentations and handling administrative data.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
